Kenneth, is an emerging South African high jump athlete . He rose to national prominence in April 2026, marking himself as one of the country’s most exciting young talents in athletics.
Although Kenneth’s passion for high jump began at the age of 10,his breakthrough came in January 2026 at age 16, when he cleared 2.10m at a school competition. While consistency at that height initially proved challenging, Kenneth maintained dominance in competition, securing gold medals leading up to regional events.
Training under the guidance of Coach Johnathan Greyvenstein, Kenneth transformed adversity into achievement. After overcoming injury and returning from crutches, he produced a remarkable 2.20m jump, earning himself a gold medal, setting a new school record, and becoming the world leading U/18 high jumper for 2026
